Tax Reference Numbers

To register for eFiling you must be in possession of a tax reference number.

To register as a taxpayer please complete the IT77 form and take it, along with a copy of your ID, a copy of your IRP5 or salary slip, and proof of your banking details (e.g. a copy of a recent bank statement) to your nearest SARS branch.
